Extensive fire damage and a remote location created a number of unique logistical and design requirements with this project. Due to the age of the facility it was discovered the kitchen and related facilities were not compliant with current BCA and Food Safety requirements. Intebuild undertook this work using a fast-track concurrent design and build methodology to provide a refurbished facility compliant with the BCA, local council and Food Safety requirements. |
