The parquetry flooring in the lower level of this home was severely water damaged, due to a burst pipe. The damaged flooring was completely removed and painstakingly replaced. This was followed by floor sanding and polyurethane application,  resulting in a beautiful polished finish, to the delight of the property owner. Here is what he had to say…
