Extensive repairs were required to this industrial building as a result of fire damage. Planned building extensions were brought forward as part of the project. Works included new offices, samples room, meeting room and two factory extensions as well as assisting the owner with the fit out of a new plastics recycling facility.
Technical aspects included the design and build of an electrical substation housing a 2000 Kva transformer, low voltage switchboards, ring main unit and the upgrading of the fire detection systems including Fire Indicator Panel, Fire Hose Reels, hydrant pump and shed. |
