Luke Beattie – Project Supervisor
Lukeās long-standing presence in the team since 2004 highlights his commitment and expertise within the Intebuild team. His multifaceted hands-on role as a licenced builder and trade qualified carpenter encompasses site supervision, team leadership, site safety, procurement along with his attention to detail quality control ā each critical for the successful execution of Intebuild projects.
Paul Brennan – Project Manager / CAD Designer
Paul is a licenced builder and licenced carpenter with over 40 years of experience in the construction industry. A track record in complex projects that required innovative technical solutions, practical problem-solving skills, and project planning. Skilled in AutoCAD drafting along with strong product knowledge, in-depth knowledge of Australian building codes and WHS requirements, ensuring compliance and safety in all aspects of construction.
Tony Jefferson – Construction Manager
Tony joined the Intebuild team in 2008. His career in the construction industry spans more than 35 years and has equipped him with a robust skill set that encompasses client / stakeholder relationship management, open effective communication, attention to detail and strategic project planning and cost estimating. Tony holds an Advanced Diploma in Construction Management, licences as a builder and carpenter equipping him with a practical approach to deliver complex projects successfully while maintaining high standard of quality and client satisfaction.
Troy Pears – Project Manager
Troy has been an integral part of the Intebuild team since 2006, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise. As a licenced builder and licenced carpenter, he possesses the necessary qualifications that enable him to manage various aspects of construction projects effectively. His dual licencing not only underscores his technical skills but also enhances his credibility within the industry. Troy has often managed multiple projects simultaneously, he has a great understanding of the Australian building standards and other compliance related requirements, Troy is our inhouse drone pilot and very adept in IT.
Sean Ries – Construction Manager
Sean is a licenced builder and holds a Graduate Diploma in Project Management. He has been an employee of Intebuild for over 22 years and has been personally responsible for the design, construction and managing of many complex projects during this time. He has a strong knowledge of the NCC and applicable standards and this, coupled with his experience, fine grained attention to detail, strict adherence to safety, quality assurance and communication protocols make him the ideal construction professional.
Lincoln Strushko – Project Manager
Lincoln is a licenced builder and licenced carpenter and he has been an integral part of the Intebuild team since 2001. His extensive experience within the construction industry, his eye for detail and problem-solving skills is a testament to his career and has allowed him to manage and supervise many challenging projects that required not only technical skills and attention to detail but a deep understanding of building practices and regulatory requirements.
Steven Leitch – Director
Steven is a tertiary-qualified leader and licenced builder with a wealth of experience and expertise in the construction industry. His vision and leadership have shaped Intebuild as a company built on the values of respect, transparency and integrity.
Meryl Neumann ā Administration Manager
Meryl has been at Intebuild since July 2008. She is an accomplished administrator and her organisational skills provide a platform for Intebuild to successfully manage multiple complex projects every year.
Rachael Davis – Accounts
Has been part of the Intebuild team since 2011 and has a broad experience in construction accounts and administration.Ā
